Audio Visual Facilities
At the Woodward Conference Centre Rooms are designed specifically to maximize effective teaching and communication.
All rooms have natural light and feature touch screen audio-visual equipment. Our technical support staff are available to ensure everything operates smoothly.
The Conference Room, Boardroom & Dining Room are each equipped with projection and presentation facilities. The centre is also fitted with a Bose speaker system, which delivers crisp, premium sound via attached audio equipment. The system uses wired or wireless microphone systems allowing the user to either give a fixed position presentation from behind the lectern or a mobile presentation.
All the audio-visual components are hidden behind doors and are controlled via an interactive touch panel. These facilities include:
- Rear projection screens x 3 (located in Conference Room & Boardroom)
- LCD video/data projectors x 2
- PC x 3 with CD Rom providing Microsoft Applications with internet access
- Auxiliary audio video inputs ( which can be used with your own IT equipment)
- Drop down screens ( Dining Room only)
- DVD / VHS / CD/ Audio Cassette
- Electronic Whiteboards x 3
- Flip Charts x 8
- Microphones
- Lecturn with microphone x3
- Plasma Screen with DVD/Video/PC connections (located in Reception Area)
